Growing fruit doesn’t need to be complicated. Several fruit trees in Central Florida, particularly the Gulf Coast region, do exceptionally well. In the following chart, we take Tampa Bay residents’ four favorite fruit trees and give a simple breakdown of when as well as in what soil and light to plant them, along with how much water and fertilizer they need.
